The Generations Pastor provides pastoral and strategic leadership to Children, Youth, and Families at Caringbah Baptist Church (CBC).  This role exists to build and oversee a clear, biblically grounded discipleship pathway from early childhood through to young adulthood, equipping families as primary disciplers and raising the next generation of Christ-centred disciples.
The Generations Pastor will ensure that ministry across life stages is aligned with CBC’s vision, culture, and strategic priorities, fostering a gospel-centred, relational, and missional community.

Narrabeen Baptist Church
Children’s and Families Ministry Director

Narrabeen Baptist Church is an evangelical church with over 350 adults and children meeting across two Sunday services at 9:30am and 5pm. Our vision is to see “everyone won to Jesus”.

We are seeking a Children and Families Ministry Director who is convinced of the Gospel, has an infectious love for the Lord Jesus Christ, models godly character, and delights in leading, equipping, and partnering with others to proclaim Jesus to children and families. The successful candidate will oversee both maintenance of existing programs and the development of new initiatives to strengthen our ministry to children and families.
