Meet the Team

Louise Bartlett has been Team Leader for Children and Family Ministries since 2014. For many years Louise has been involved in children’s and families ministries in the local church and with para-church organisations.

Louise’s role involves resourcing churches to help children be active participants in the life of the church, helping parents and churches provide opportunities for robust discipleship of children, as well as implementing strategies to support effectiveness of children and family ministry workers in churches. 

Kirsten Long is a Ministry Coach in the Children and Families Ministry team, helping churches and leaders think through ministry with children that fits their context.  She has had many years experience in ministry, particularly in the areas of Kids and Families Ministry.  Kirsten is currently an Associate Pastor at Epping Baptist Church and an adjunct lecturer at Morling College.

Kaye Ryan serves as the Children and Family Ministry Leadership Development Facilitator.  Her role involves developing leaders from, among and for Children and Families Ministry.  This includes facilitating Kids Day Out, writing resources for young people serving in children’s ministry, and equipping leaders.  Prior to this, she served in several churches in children’s ministry roles.
