Louise Bartlett has been in the role of Co-ordinator of Children and Family Ministries since 2014. For many years Louise has been involved in children’s and families ministries in the local church and with para-church organisations.
Louise’s role involves resourcing churches to help children be active participants in the ministry of the local church, helping parents and churches provide opportunities for robust discipleship of children, as well as implementing strategies to support effectiveness of children and family ministry workers in churches. Louise is married to Steve and together they have 3 children.

Rachael Hopkins began the role of Children and Family Ministry Connection Facilitator in 2020. She has a background in Occupational Therapy and Primary Teaching and has always had a heart for children. She is passionate about helping children grow in their understanding of Jesus as their friend and saviour. Her role involves connecting with, supporting, encouraging and resourcing those working in Children and Family Ministries. Over the years, she has enjoyed being involved in various child-related ministries such as Kids church, Youth group leading, Beach Mission, Play group, Crusader camps, and church-based holiday kids clubs. Rachael is married with children and her other interests include music, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors with family.

Drew Harrison joined the Children and Family Ministry Team in 2020. The Connect Day is a day of community, inspiration, ideas, equipping and leadership development. Drew is passionate about seeing kids and their families flourish in life and faith, whatever that looks like for them. Drew’s role involved coordinating the Connect Day across the regions of NSW & ACT, partnering with local facilitators to see local churches connected to their region and inspired and equipped in their ministry context. Drew is married to Sarah and together they have 2 children.

Kaye Ryan has been involved in projects with the Children and Family Ministries Team since 2015.  Prior to this, she served in several churches in children’s ministry roles. She currently serves as the Children and Family Ministry Leadership Development Facilitator.  Her role involves developing leaders from and among and for children and families.  This includes facilitating State Kids’ Camp, as well as writing resources for young people serving in children’s ministry.  She is married to Travis, and they have 2 young children.

Yvette Wynne has been the Missional Children’s Ministry Consultant since 2009. She has extensive experience as an evangelist who ministers through family outreach groups, particularly Playgroups. She has written “Connecting Families with Jesus” a great resource to help your ministry be mission focussed. She’s bike mad along with her hubby, Nick and they have 4 adult children.
