Leadership Development 101

Leadership Development 101 can be completed by individuals, or as a group experience.  Individuals can use the Participant Workbook to access the videos via the QR codes, and then work through the activities and reflection exercises.  If junior leaders are completing the course at home, it’s really important that they still have the opportunity to regularly connect with a leader for the “Talk” part of each session, to discuss and apply everything they are learning.

Alternatively, bringing your junior leaders together and facilitating Leadership Development 101 as a group experience is a fantastic way to guide junior leaders through the course content in a relational way that encourages discussion and interaction.
