Evangelism Workshops

This 2 hour seminar is designed to stimulate your ministry workers to have that faith conversation. In Aussie culture we don’t like to be preached at, fair enough. But this course doesn’t teach how to preach, it actually gets the community person to preach what they think!

Why not ask Yvette ywynne@nswactbaptists.org.au to come and run a courageous conversations workshop at your church and help people move to a new level of conversation?

Children’s Interests

This term we are focussing on the child’s interests, and bringing Jesus into that space. These lessons are designed for outreach and not children’s discipleship teaching.

Remember if you LOVE and ENJOY GOD, then the children will too! It’s not WHAT you said, but HOW you made them feel!

THEME: God is Big!

A cute story about a dinosaur and Christmas:

A book about a dinosaur who lost his roar:

THEME:  God looks after me

The Lost Sheep by Saddleback Kids:

THEME: Make sure Jesus is in your boat!

DRAMA: With some sheets, chairs and oars you can retell the story!

THEME: God loves small too!

Genesis 1:24; Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth living creatures … and creeping things.”

Collect some insects outside!

THEME: Have faith in God!

The Fruit of the Spirit

Repetition is great for Preschoolers. Each week concentrate on a different aspect of God’s wonderful fruit!

It would be good to start the lesson with a vine and gradually add one piece of fruit each week.

By the end you will have a fruit salad tree! (made with plastic so it lasts)

The children are probably not going to remember WHAT you shared, but HOW you made them feel. If you LOVE and ENJOY God, then they will too!!
